Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the audit department by coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, correspondence, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for auditors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including routing phone calls, handling mail, and responding to emails.
- Compile and analyze data to support audit processes and generate reports as needed.
- Assist in creating and maintaining databases to manage audit information.
