He is responsible for various administrative tasks, including maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the audit department by coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, correspondence, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for auditors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including routing phone calls, handling mail, and responding to emails.
  • Compile and analyze data to support audit processes and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining databases to manage audit information.
