The Ambassador’s Party: Celebrating Kenyan Community in Burundi

On February 7th, 2016, the Kenyan community in Burundi had the pleasure of attending a reception hosted by His/Her Excellency, the Kenyan Ambassador to Burundi, at the Ambassador’s residence. The Association of Kenyans in Burundi (AKB) members were warmly invited to celebrate their presence and contribution to the life of Burundi.

The evening was filled with good cheer, lively conversation, and a delicious spread of Kenyan and Burundian cuisine. It was a wonderful opportunity for AKB members to connect with the Ambassador, discuss matters of importance to the Kenyan community, and strengthen the bond between Kenya and Burundi.
